Saving Memories for Those Coping with Alzheimer’s

Memory DayByDay is a program, based on person-centered care to serve individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia before the age of 65. Since the beginning, it has been dedicated to helping people with early-onset dementia lead meaningful and quality lives with their caregivers.

By offering memory screening, memory work, mentally stimulating activities, educational talks and emotional support, the clients and their caregivers will come to understand the disease process. They will learn how to cope with the changing nature of the disease, adapt and maintain the intellectual ability of the one with dementia to live independently for as long as possible.
